Due to the dramatic real estate market shift in 2004 Alexander Barkhatkov has taken personal initiative to invest in his own real estate portfolio while still representing a number of other investors. By the end of 2005, Alexander has shown dramatic results to his partners, as well as himself, by achieving and breaking all goals during that time.
