beginning Alexander Barkhatkov was told by his previous long-term partner, that in order
to become successful in the real estate field, Alexander would have to Master Financing.
Since 2003 Alexander Barkhatkov has done so right away, through loan origination to
building and opening El Shaddai Mortgage Brokerage Business.
By this time
2007, being involved in handling a multitude of real estate and finance transactions,
Alexander has gained a superior knowledge as well as the technical know how in real estate
mortgage scenarios such as Pre - Foreclosures, Foreclosures, Banked Owned -
repossessions, HUD Homes, FIRST Time Buyer and or related programs. But thats NOT
ALL!!!!
Due to the
dramatic real estate market shift in 2003 as well as current market changes Alexander has
been able to observe and gain a superior knowledge as to how the banks and lenders look
and react to these market conditions. As a licensed Real Estate / Mortgage Broker Alexander Barkhatkov offers essential expertise that is needed in order to over see most difficult and complex real estate and finance transactions. Within Alexanders Network you will find multiple licensed companies that are owned and operated by Alexander that offer levels of expertise and education that is second to none. In the past Alexander Barkhatkov has been able to take his master negotiation skills and structure some of the most complex multi million Dollar wholesale deals with some of the largest builders such as K.E.L. Homes, LLC, KB Homes, Mercedes and many others of Central Florida. In order to structure a feasible real estate transaction, any real estate agent would have to have mortgage lending and finance experience, and as you can see one factor is just as important as the other. In any investor related scenario it is clearly understood that the most important factor is time, which gets overseen by almost everyone. With that being said real estate and or investment opportunity always have a time limit.
